Shubham Chandras

Shubham Chandras is a Master of Public Health student specializing in Environmental & Occupational Health at the School of Public Health, University of Alberta. He completed his undergraduate studies in Biotechnology and graduate studies in Environmental Sciences in India. Shubham has work experience in the occupational setting and has worked and performed duties in a chemical company's Environment, Health & Safety department. In addition, Shubham has worked as an Intern in a governmental laboratory and has experience analyzing various water, air, and soil samples. Presently, he is working as a graduate research assistant on climate change resilience in vulnerable populations like older adults, pregnant women, children, and immigrant groups. Some of his interests include qualitative and quantitative research, climate change, sustainable development, and ambient and indoor air pollution.
